Great customer service

I paid for the $49.99 Service everything came out good except The rims. I have black rims. They sprayed some kind of chemical on them or something. Now my rims look all ashy. They look like there’s a lot of soap scum on them. It doesn’t come off. I use different wheel cleaner for them to look normal again nothing . There’s white residue on my brake pads, brake discs everything it doesn’t come off. I tried everything horrible horrible horrible

I went 3/30/2020 to get my truck washed wasn't impressed the guy who was drying off my truck was in a hurry and I pointed out dirt spots water mark and he just went to the next car very upset with Downey carwash paid money to get my truck washed and pampered and the guy put to much tire stuff on my tires had to come home to wipe it off my truck really

Service is great with carwash but the way supervisor treats their employees is bad . Bad language and loud not good.

Got my headlights restored here. Not sure who did the job but I couldn’t be more satisfied ! Best 65$ I’ve spent this year. My car looks so much better now. Will be coming back here for more service for sure !!
